Spicy Baked Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. honey
pinch of cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp. Cajun or Creole seasoning
2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 lb. shrimp (uncooked), peeled and deveined
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except shrimp, in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Add shrimp; toss to coat.
Refrigerate 1 hour. Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Bake until shrimp are cooked through, stirring every 5 to 10 minutes.
Takes 10 to 15 minutes.
Done when shrimp are pink.
Garnish with lemon wedges.
Serve with rice.
