Chicken With Wheat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Chicken pcs.
6-8 c. water
1 lb. burghul (#3 cracked wheat)
1 can chick peas, drained
Salt, pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil chicken in water. Skim off foam.
Remove chicken when meat begins to fall off bone. Cook meat and shred. Strain broth. Keep enough broth to cook cracked wheat. Return chicken to broth. Add cracked wheat and rinsed chick peas. Season with salt and pepper.
Broth should be about 1 inch on top of mixture.
Cover and simmer until the broth is almost absorbed.
Melt 2-3 tbsp. butter and add to top of finished dish.
