Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 large onion
1 large pepper
2 beef bouillon cubes
3 Tbsp. catsup
1 lb. flat noodles
sour cream (small container)
1 1/4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Slowly cook the onion and green pepper in a skillet.
In a large frypan, brown the hamburger meat.
Mix the bouillon with hot water.
Pour 2/3 of the hot liquid into the hamburger and add the catsup.
Bring to a boil.
Add the onion and pepper to mixture and simmer.
Cook noodles.
Just before you put the meat mixture on your cooked noodles, add the sour cream.
