Hominy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans hominy, undrained
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    2/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese or more
Preparation
    Boil hominy and pepper until liquid is gone.
    Add sour cream and garlic salt.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated through.
