Mandarin Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 beef bouillon cube, crushed
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve 3/4 c. liquid)
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
    Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, milk and salt.
    Shape into 30 1-inch balls.
    Heat oil in a frying pan.
    Brown meatballs in oil on all sides.
    Remove from pan; set aside.
    Add cornstarch, bouillon and soy sauce to drippings; stir for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add pineapple liquid and vinegar.
    Add pineapple liquid and vinegar.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat to a simmer.
    Add meatballs, pineapple and mandarin oranges.
    Heat through.
    Serve over hot rice.
