Lo-Cal Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (No. 2) can tomato puree
    1 c. kidney beans
Preparation
    Cook meat, onion and celery together until done.
    Add the remaining ingredients to the meat mixture.
    Microwave at 70% power for 16 minutes.
    Stir midway through cycle.
    Serves 4.
