Orange Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 sweet onion
    1 small orange juice concentrate
    chicken broth
    1 c. raw rice
    salt
Preparation
    Slice onion into rings and saute in margarine in a pot having a close fitting lid. Add orange juice concentrate and enough chicken broth to make 2 cups liquid. Add salt and bring to high boil. Add rice; bring back to high boil.
    Turn heat down to low; put close fitting lid on pot and let steam for 20 minutes. Serve with roast or chops.
