Graham Cracker Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

8 oz. graham crackers, crushed
3/4 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. granulated white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. applesauce
whipped cream or ice cream
Preparation

Combine butter, sugar and cinnamon with cracker crumbs. Press half of the mixture into a spring-form pan. Top with applesauce and top with remaining crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
