Escalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. creamed corn
    1 c. whole kernel corn
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. oil
    2 beaten eggs
    1 box Jiffy cornmeal mix
Preparation
    Mix egg, oil and sour cream together.
    Add cornmeal mix, then fold corn into mixture.
    Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
