Stir-Fried Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    3 c. shredded cabbage
    2 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. sliced carrot
    1 c. sliced green onions
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen snow pea pods, partially thawed
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Coat a wok or large skillet with cooking spray.
    Heat on medium for 2 minutes.
    Add garlic and soy sauce.
    Stir-fry 3 minutes.
    Add cabbage, broccoli, carrots and green onions. Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
    Add mushrooms and snow peas.
    Stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes.
    Combine cornstarch, bouillon granules and water, stirring to dissolve. Pour over vegetables and stir-fry until thickened and bubbly.
