Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. finely grated raw carrots
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Mix flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Combine sugar, oil and vanilla; mix with first ingredients.
    Add carrots, nuts and pineapple.
    Mix well and add eggs one at a time.
    Pour batter into a well-greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 70 minutes. Serves 18.
