Crab Imperial Chesapeake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 egg
    1/3 c. finely diced green peppers
    1/8 c. finely diced pimento
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    paprika
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Prepare crab meat.
    Beat egg in medium size bowl. Stir in green pepper, pimento, mustard, salt, pepper and all ingredients but 2 tablespoons of the mayonnaise until well blended.
    Fold in crab meat. Spoon into baking dish. Spread top of each with 1 teaspoon of remaining mayonnaise.
    Squeeze a little lemon juice over each serving.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until browned and bubbling.
