Wacky Cake(No Eggs, Allergy Free) - cooking recipe

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. cocoa (can substitute brown sugar)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar
10 Tbsp. melted butter or shortening
2 c. water
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in bowl.
Add rest and mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cupcakes, 25 minutes.
