Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, decrusted and cubed
    2/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
    8 eggs, slightly beaten
    4 c. milk
    dash of salt, pepper and dry mustard
Preparation
    Place bread in bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Layer cheese over bread.
    Blend milk and eggs; pour over bread and cheese.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Fry 6 to 8 slices bacon.
    Cut in pieces and put over top of casserole 1/2 hour before finished baking.
