Cornbread Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small can Hunt's tomato sauce
2 lb. hamburger
1/2 large onion
1 large green pepper
1 pkg. chili sauce
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 box Jiffy mix cornbread mix
1 large red pepper
grated sharp cheese

Preparation

Brown hamburger.
Saute onion and pepper.
Mix together with tomato sauce and chili sauce.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Next, mix cornbread package and evaporated milk.
Pour over hamburger mixture.
Sprinkle grated cheese over casserole and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
