Italian Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 jumbo eggs
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. water
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Separate eggs.
    Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until thick (set aside).
    Add 2 egg yolks, sugar, water, oil, vanilla, and lemon extract.
    Beat on high for 10 minutes.
    Sift flour and baking powder.
    Mix into egg yolks.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Bake in an angel food cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 complete hour.
