Karen'S Favorite Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime gelatin (or lemon or orange)
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 apples, chopped (use 1 red and 1 green; leave peelings on)
    2 carrots, grated
Preparation
    Mix gelatin and let set until slightly thickened.
    Add pineapple, apples and carrots.
    Let set.
    Delicious with holiday dinners.
