Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Sprinkle coconut and nuts on bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix as directed.
Pour over coconut and nuts. Mix confectioner sugar, 1 stick butter, cream cheese and spread this mixture over the cake mix.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool 10 minutes, turn out.
The bottom makes the icing.
