Angel Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. scalded, cooled milk
    9 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. Crisco
    9 c. flour
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Mix 3 tablespoons yeast in 1 cup warm water (115\u00b0).
    Add 4 tablespoons sugar.
    Let set a few minutes.
    Add milk, Crisco and unbeaten eggs; stir.
    Blend in 3 cups flour; beat well.
    Keep the dough soft but not sticky.
    Add remaining flour, sugar and salt. Let stand 20 minutes.
    Knead briskly 3 to 5 minutes.
    Let stand 15 minutes; dough is ready to shape.
    After rolls are formed, let rise 20 minutes.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Yields 45 dozen.
