Pineapple Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 graham crackers, crumbled fine (1 3/4 c.)
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 stick oleo
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Combine graham crackers and butter.
    Pat 3/4 of mixture into square pan.
    Cream butter and powdered sugar well.
    Add eggs, well beaten.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Spread mixture over cracker crust. Beat whipping cream with sugar and vanilla until stiff.
    Fold in pineapple.
    Spread over butter mixture; top with remaining graham cracker mixture.
    Chill for at least 8 hours.
    Makes 12 servings.
