One Hour Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. warm milk
    1 small egg
    1 3/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Measure into mixing bowl sugar, salt and egg.
    Warm milk to lukewarm.
    Add milk and yeast to mixture in bowl.
    Beat with egg, beaten until yeast is dissolved.
    Add sifted flour and mix until easy to handle.
    Grease top of dough and side of bowl.
    Cover. Let rise 1/2 hour.
    Make into rolls.
    Let rise 15 minutes.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Makes 1 dozen.
