Turkey Carcass Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 turkey carcass
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
    3 or 4 carrots, thinly sliced
    1 c. rice
    1 small pkg. frozen green peas
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place turkey carcass in Dutch oven and cover with water. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to low.
    Cook several hours or until meat remaining on carcass comes off easily.
