Ingredients

2 c. water
2 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
1 small sugar-free strawberry jello
6 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
2 c. chopped strawberries
Preparation

Mix well in cold water the cornstarch.
Then heat to boiling point; then lower to medium heat, stirring all the while for about 4 to 5 minutes, until thick.
Add jello and Sweet 'N Low.
Let congeal in refrigerator about 1 hour; then add chopped strawberries and pour into graham cracker crust.
Top with lite Cool Whip before serving.
May sprinkle with nuts.
