Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box quick oats
    1 jar wheat germ
    1 large bag Tubby's coconut
    1/4 lb. sesame seed
    2 to 3 c. chopped nuts (pecans, cashews, almonds)
    2/3 box dark brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. corn oil
    3 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first five ingredients in large bowl.
    In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
    Beat until sugar dissolves.
    Pour over first mixture and mix well.
    Cook for 1 hour at 250\u00b0 to 300\u00b0, stirring occasionally.
    Store in cool, dry place or refrigerate in covered container.
