Broccoli-Cheddar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch frozen deep dish pie shell
    10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    cayenne pepper
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place pie shell in oven-glass pie plate.
    When slightly thawed, press to conform to shape of plate.
    Prick and bake in conventional oven until golden brown.
    Place broccoli and onion in 1-quart microwave-safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, turning back one edge to vent. Microwave on High power 6 minutes.
    Stir once. Drain thoroughly.
