Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. white Karo syrup
    4 1/2 c. powdered sugar (approximately)
    1/2 tsp. peppermint oil
Preparation
    Mix
    syrup, butter and peppermint oil.
    Mix in powdered sugar a little
    at
    a
    time.
    Place in a plastic bag and knead until smooth.
    Pinch
    off and flatten or put into candy molds. Sprinkle with sugar.
