Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream
    1/2 c. rice
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook rice in vanilla ice cream and milk on medium heat.
    Stir so rice doesn't stick.
    Cook until rice is tender.
    Remove from heat.
    Beat with mixer 2 eggs, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Return rice mixture to low heat and gradually add egg mixture, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes.
    Cool in refrigerator.
