Easy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 pouch dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix 1/2 cup of mushroom soup, beef, onion soup mix, bread crumbs and egg.
    Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Spoon off drippings and reserve.
    In saucepan, heat remaining soup, water and drippings to boiling.
    Thin sauce with additional water as desired.
    Pour over meat loaf and serve.
