Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, boiled
1 large bag nachos
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 c. Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Boil, debone and chunk up chicken.
Mix together chicken, chicken broth, chili powder, green chilies, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and black pepper.
Layer nachos, cheese and chicken mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
