Breakfast Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. leftover oatmeal
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder and soda.
In another bowl mix oil, eggs, oatmeal, raisins and vanilla.
Add to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
(Batter will be thin.) Spoon into muffin cups.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 minutes.
