Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked medium white potato
    1 to 2 tsp. grated onion per serving
    1 to 2 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    Potato must be cold!
    Grate cold potato.
    Melt margarine and heat until it bubbles.
    Add onion and cook until transparent; add grated potato to cover bottom of skillet.
    Brown, turn and brown the other side.
    Serve warm.
    Use heavy skillet and cook only what you can turn easily.
