Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Old English cheese slices
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Trim crusts from bread.
    Cut into 1-inch squares.
    Cut cheese into bite size pieces.
    In a 2-quart casserole dish, alternate layers of bread and cheese.
    Pour melted margarine over the layers.
    Beat eggs, salt, mustard, pepper and milk; pour over layers.
    Cover; refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, covered, in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Uncover; bake for 30 minutes, or until golden and puffy.
