Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 thick pork chops
prepared mustard
flour
hot oil
4 green pepper rings
1 1/2 c. instant rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can water
Preparation

Spread pork chops lightly with prepared mustard.
Flour on both sides and brown on both sides in small amount of hot oil. Place chops in greased casserole dish with a green pepper ring on top of each chop.
Fill each ring with rice and place the remaining rice around edges of chops.
Cover all with soup and water mixed together.
Cover casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Check occasionally and add water if necessary.
Bake uncovered for the last 5 to 10 minutes.
