Rhubarb Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cut rhubarb
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 c. water
    1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
Preparation
    Mix rhubarb and sugar; let stand overnight.
    Then, boil slowly until tender.
    While still hot, add gelatin.
    Let stand to jell and cool down before refrigerating as this jam must be kept in the refrigerator.
