Katie'S Lemon Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. lemon jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. Sprite
3 bananas, diced
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained well (save juice)
2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
chopped pecans
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add Sprite, bananas, pineapple and marshmallows.
Chill until set.
Cook sugar, flour, pineapple juice, egg and butter over low heat until it starts to thicken.
Let cool completely.
Stir in Cool Whip and spread over jello mixture.
Top with pecans and chill.
