Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
    6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 (4 oz.) can drained mushrooms (optional)
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) Swiss cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients. Beat in eggs and milk.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 40 to 45 minutes, depending on your oven. Cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serves 6.
