Strawberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large angel food cake, prepared according to directions
12 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 small strawberry jello
1 pt. fresh or frozen strawberries
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix topping, cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Add milk, if needed.
Slice and place layer of
cake in bottom of dish.
Put half of the topping mix over the cake, then add another layer of cake and pour rest of topping on cake.
Mix the cornstarch, sugar and 1 cup water in saucepan and cook until thick and clear. Remove from heat and add the jello and strawberries.
Pour over cake.
Put in refrigerator overnight. Serve the next day.
