Ingredients

3 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)
1 whole egg
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. canned or fresh coconut
2 c. milk
6 Tbsp. flour
small amount of butter
Preparation
-
Mix dry ingredients.
Add others and cook in double boiler until thick.
Put in cooked pie shell.
Add meringue and brown. Sprinkle top with coconut before browning.
