Cafe Borgatta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. 2% low-fat milk
2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
2 c. Espresso or decaf. Espresso, brewed
1/2 c. sweetened whipped cream
Grated orange rind (optional)
Preparation

Heat milk in small sauce pan.
Sift cocoa and sugar into milk and whisk to blend.
Stir in Espresso.
Divide equally into four small Espresso or demitasse cups.
Top with whipped cream and grated orange rind.
Makes 4 servings.
