Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. Cheese Nips crackers, crushed
    4 to 6 butter pats
Preparation
    Bring broccoli to boil for 5 minutes and drain.
    Mix soup, eggs, mayo, cheese and onion together.
    Place broccoli in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cover with soup mixture.
    Top with crushed crackers and butter pats.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
