Lefsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. potatoes, cooked and diced
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Mix all together and form into a ball.
Divide in portions the size you will need to roll out for the lefsa grill.
Roll out on floured board or tabletop to be very thin.
Bake on both sides on lefsa grill.
Cover with cloth to keep moist.
To store in freezer, wrap in waxed paper and put in plastic bag.
