Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef roast (approximately 4 to 4 1/2 lb.), roast until done
    1 pkg. Good Seasons dry Italian dressing
    1 pkg. Au Jus gravy mix
    1 thinly sliced green pepper
Preparation
    Mix Italian dressing according to package.
    Mix gravy mix according to package.
    Pour over sliced beef and green pepper. Simmer 1 hour.
    Add 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar at halfway point. Serve on hard rolls.
