Ingredients
- 
                            1 large can crushed pineapple
 
1 large Jell-O (apricot or favorite flavor)
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 pt. (2 c.) buttermilk
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
- 
                            Bring pineapple to boil in small saucepan.
 
Stir in Jell-O until dissolved.
Set aside to cool.
Add Cool Whip, buttermilk and nuts.
Stir until smooth, then congeal.
