Chicken And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 bell pepper (optional), chopped finely
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 medium potatoes, cut up into bite sized hunks
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a baking dish, place seasoned cut up chicken, potatoes, onion and bell pepper.
    Spread 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup on top and add butter.
    Cover and bake for about 1 hour.
    It is done when potatoes are tender and chicken is completely cooked.
