Chicken And Hot Pepper(Gun Pao Gee Dein) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken meat, cut in 1-inch squares
    4 to 5 each red whole cayenne peppers, cut in half
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sake or wine
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. sake or wine
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. sesame oil
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix 1
    tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sake or wine, 2 tablespoons
    water,
    2
    teaspoons cornstarch and chicken meat. Marinate about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Heat frying pan or wok; add 3 tablespoons oil.
    Fry cayenne peppers until fragrant.
    Drain and add chicken meat.
    Cook until meat begins to turn
    white.
    Mix
    remaining ingredients for second sauce. Add
    to chicken
    and
    cook until chicken is done.
    Serve with rice.
