Seafood Courtbouillon(Q-Be-On) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. flaky fish or other seafood*
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can Hunt's herbal tomato sauce
    1 can Hunt's onion tomato sauce
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 cans water
    salt to taste
    black pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    *You may use chunks or filets of flounder, drum, redfish, scamp, sheephead, shrimp or oysters.
