Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs. beaten
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. oil
powdered sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease glass pie dish.
Combine apples, 1/2 cup of sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Arrange in single layer in prepared dish.
Combine eggs, flour, baking powder and remaining sugar in medium bowl.
Stir in oil until smooth.
Pour batter over apples.
Bake until golden, about 40 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve warm.
