Mushroom Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 small can mushrooms, chopped
1 egg yolk
1 pkg. English muffins

Preparation

Soften oleo and cream cheese.
Mix all ingredients together well.
Spread on 1/2 English muffin.
Cut each into quarters. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Can be frozen before baking.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
