Charcoal Broiled Buffalo Steaks - cooking recipe

buffalo steaks (each about 1-inch thick)
salt and pepper (as you like)
Preparation

If you use the frozen buffalo steaks, thaw thoroughly before using.
Place the steaks in a long handled broiling rack and broil about 3 inches from glowing coals for 2 minutes on a side. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to season.
