Amos Flewelling'S Famous Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dry beans
    3 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1 medium onion
    1/4 lb. salt pork
Preparation
    Soak dry beans overnight.
    Drain in morning and set aside. Add boiling water to dry mustard, pepper, salt, molasses, brown sugar, ginger and onion.
    Bring to boil and add beans with salt pork.
    Cook in crock-pot for 4 hours.
